Ultraflex was awarded the feature linings package for Wharf 4 & 5. Working closely with Brighton Australia to meet the tight deadlines Ultraflex formed part of the design and construction discussions bringing to the table value engineer options for consideration by the head contractor Richard Crookes Constructions. Ultimately Wharf 4 & 4 was handed over on time in December 2020 with much excitement for the returned tenants.
